Stressful situations such as strenuous activity and competition, travelling, prolonged stabling and lack of grazing, or new environments may increase magnesium requirements as stress levels rise.

Magnitude provides supplemental magnesium, together with controlled amounts of calcium (another key mineral in nerve and muscle metabolism), to help promote healthy nerve function, helping to maintain calmness and promote relaxation.

Magnitude provides magnesium from Magnesium Oxide, which is produced from calcined magnesite, extracted from natural deposits in the earth. The Magnesium Oxide used in Magnitude typically contains 52.7% elemental magnesium, giving 2.6g elemental magnesium per 5g daily serving.

Magnesium is an essential micromineral and plays an important role in nerve activity and muscle contraction, as well as its other functions around the body. Low magnesium has been linked to neuro-muscular excitability and increase in nervous behavior and tension.

Calcium works closely with Magnesium and also is key to maintaining correct muscle and nerve function.

A highly palatable powder with a small but effective serve of 5g, designed to be given daily, to promote relaxation and help maintain calmness.

Directions: 

Health Supplement for Horses.

For a 1100lb (500kg) horse: administer 5g orally per day. Can be given during or after mealtime. Do not exceed recommended intake unless under professional advice.
