Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day
• During sales, pop-ups, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer
Shipping Rates & Methods
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination
• We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout
Domestic Shipping
• We currently ship within the United States
• Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and are estimates once the order has shipped
International Shipping
• International shipping may be available on select items
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery times are subject to carrier conditions, weather, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Pop-Up & Event Orders
Orders placed at pop-ups or events that require shipping will be processed within 2–4 business days.
Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided via email when available.
