Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your horse to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for online orders
• For pop-ups and in-person purchases, returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or special-order items
• Gift cards
• Grooming products, supplements, or consumables
• Items clearly marked Final Sale

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@onlyfoolsandhorsestack.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing
• Shipping fees are not refunded

Exchanges
• Exchanges are offered when inventory allows
• If an exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Pop-Up & Event Sales
• Returns from pop-ups and events must be requested within 14 days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible, or as store credit depending on the payment type used at the event
